Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the promotion and maintenance of the company's Bluetooth product line, and cooperate with the marketing department and sales department to promote Bluetooth products

2. Actively visit customers, tap market opportunities, and make technical exchanges with customers; Follow up project opportunities

3. Training agents FAE, IDH and customer engineers; Responsible for assessing the technical capabilities of agents and IDH

4. Check the customer schematic diagram and screen the design risks in advance; Do a good job of internal docking with AE department

5. On-site support customers, coordinate internal AE and R & D resources to solve customer hardware and software and mass production problems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years working experience in Bluetooth development or technical support, proficient in various scenarios of Bluetooth products; Have some working experience in FAE support

2. Master C language, with solid programming skills

3. Have a deep working background in the Bluetooth industry, familiar with the Bluetooth market customer base, and have certain personal connections

4. Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, with a strong sense of service and innovation, can truly achieve the concept of customer-centered.
